Roommates (sitcom pitch)

Logline: three gamer roommates must deal with manifestations of their sci-fi/fantasy-centric imaginations while trying to improve/lead ordinary lives.

Roommates, a sitcom following the antics of Jon: a general jerk, ladies man and all around cool dude. Floyd: black, easily wowed by many things, part-proprietor of a hot dog cart. Gaylin: black, gay, hardworking but can't seem to keep a job, love/hate relationship with Jon, Floyd's younger brother. 

Altogether they end up in fantasy-related situations such as encountering a number of 60's style Batman villains, zombies, gremlins, a number of gamer-characters/themes, dealing with the "Land Lord", and finding true love.

Through all of this, the characters learn to live with each other and grow into better or more despicable but lovable human beings.

This show has some mature concepts.
