Check out my masterful artistry

The next few strips focus on conversations had, not necessarily funny but introspective.

Best gift-giving advice ever (besides re-gifting). The bag I'm holding says "Things"

Check out my masterful artistry

The "Kitty Petting Tax" is set at a decent 89.6% percent of all foods garnered. Not bad if you consider some of the other plans. (but why, why must the foods be the bacons?) Read Last Month's Comics for more humor-filled splendor.

Trues. Ah. What I particularly like about this comic is that the guy has sharp-pointy fingers. Four of them instead of five.  Obviously he's not human or has a prosthetic hand/arm with not enough sharp pointy fingers.  Next time demand more. More sharp pointy fingers. Heck, even if you have five, why stop there? I'm going to type sharp pointy fingers one more time. Yes. Yes. There, I did it.

Happy "There's Hope for Independence" Day.

Never go through that friend's cupboards again... maybe.

Pfff, to me secretly pouring booze from any place into a styrofoam container to sneak away with and drink on the freeway is downright civilized. #only phrase I'm remembered for
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bonus comic! (of sorts!) I'll be on vacation starting Thursday night- going to Vancouver, Washington for the weekend.  Never been, shoulds be quasi cool. 'Tis a family trip so who knows right? (see Monday's comic strip) Anywho, wanted to post this early to make sure it was up.

Also... hopefully some good stuff happens this weekend because I've been lazy drawing... I'm out of my reserve stash of comics to put up.

Also: I'm quite proud of  "Mead a drink" and the Meadacolypse skull thing. Yes. Not as proud of how the woman looks (like some sort of dopey chicken with the small wing-like arms). Ah well, win some, lose some.

Check out my masterful artistry

The beginning of a short storyline!  Be prepared for a very random, sexy ending.  I usually stay in for lunch at work but on this particular day, things took an unexpected turn.  Read Last Month's Comics for more humor-filled splendor.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Were wolves, not was-wolves because that'd be past-tense, right? My favorite parts, the werewolf in the middle and the cloud holding the sun hostage.  Oh yeah, and the grass, I'm pretty proud of adding it in, giving this a bit more background.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How many times have you come across one of these, am I right?  Also, more things should be described as "Stabby."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How many times have I said this... probably a billion.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's my suggestion to make most things better: ruin some werewolf's day.   Artistically, I'm still proud of the grass and the cloud's tears eyes, and face. Not so much the guy's left pinky... it's just sort of "out there" you know what I mean?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Many people don't know this but when cooking evil discoing werewolves, parsley really brings out a robust yet sweet and tender flavor. Also good with hollondaise sauce. Now if you're looking for a nice wine to go with the meal, I'd suggest a fine, aged moscato, nothing after 1979.

In this drawing you'll notice most of my efforts went into the background. Obviously, the characters work in a non-descript, void in space.  This can be hard to capture but I think my work really shows through. Also, I spent four hours on Jon's tie, because really, you want to make sure you get these things right.  Oh, and don't get me started on their fucking shoes... something I still have to get right, that and noses.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wahaaa!  Special awesome stabby thing!  Okay, so it looks like some weird, glowy dildo thing.  Not the best drawing...

Off note: 'tis great having a stash of comics to just click the update button.  Less-stress fo' sho' but it also works against me- I forget that I need to work on next month's comics and the like to continue to have this nice, fuzzy, warmy good feeling.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What did you expect to happen? Glowy, stabby weapons aren't allowed at most places of employment.  And so, the end! Or is it?  I had ideas to continue the storyline bordering on the fantastic. It involved everyone on the left being evil, awesome right? Maybe that part of the storyline will be put together as extras in a collection...

While looking over the drawings, my mind wonders how the snake girl gets her clothes on or more to the point, how long it takes her not having arms and all.  Randomly, does anyone else find that duck thing strangely arousing and/or hauntingly creepy?  Anyway, I think I'm in love with scuba woman.  Stay tuned for some one-shot strips ahead!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wah Wah. Trues.  These days I get nervous just walking by the couch. Next few comics- baby centric goodness!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note: this is a misrepresentation. I don't get this as much with women but there are men I've met already that I will not let touch my baby ever (or as little as possible- fucking relatives).  The take: these people being sociopaths, feel the need to show their force over the parent and push that dominion onto the child.  Their touch is one of perversion.  People who can't respect a baby's boundaries or the boundaries set by the parents are worse than dipshit douchebag assholes wearing poop-filled anus hats at a no shit parade.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Trues.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I ask store clerks and stockpeople for all of my critical exploits and you should too! Really, they've uncanny information on most research topics, scientific advancements, and topical information on just about any hobby.  Think "the garbage man" from the animated series Dilbert.

On another note, sometimes I forget what can be done with what and bought from where. Did you know for example, that with the perfect blend of frozen fruit, a twelve pack of absinthe-ish type of booze, shaving cream, and condoms you could build your own time machine?

Check out my masterful artistry

That's a tripod.  I've been filming or trying to film a talk show at home but numerous things keep happening- battery not charged, sound equipment not working, missing plugs, wind, babies crying, not calling in to get the equipment.  Production Woes.  Hopefully next week I'll film again!

This was going to be the first "run" or short episode of comic strips but this may not happen.  A few things were going to happen, yes. A lot of Man verse Self, Man verse Technology things.  Right after this is another run that isn't completed... yet.  I'm not sure how many strips I've stockpiled left- better get drawing this weekend to keep up!

UPDATE: plotline suspended-- will pick this up another time.  Onto the the next!  For June's comics click here (please).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ha-haaaaaa! Just one possible future timeline for my daughter. "In a world gone mad, she takes comfort in only one thing- tampon packages."  ... I guess that could work as a movie slogan.  Anywho, she played with a tampon package for quite some time before finding things that make louder noises.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sometimes you need to have a hobby when/while role-playing. Hmmm... just came up with a new slogan- "Love the Game, Finish Your Macrame."  Actually, role-playing was when I started drawing.  While waiting for X or Y, I could pay attention and get another line or two drawn.  This practice followed me through a number of waiting periods (ie: classes).  By the time I graduated I had 10 or so surrealistic "art books" and a good / productive time was had by all, the end.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes. Roll for initiative. I wish this for geeks, dorks, and nerds with dating.  Everyone carry around a dieThey go up to someone to connect/hookup, the other person thinks of a good number and voila! Possible date or bang occurs thereafter. The end.  This could work with many things. Make it so.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes. Cats are bastards and I have a weird serpentine arm in the second panel. Truth.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pfff... an appointment. Who else would get to a car place at 8am on a Tuesday to get their car fixed? Just as a standing rule, you shouldn't need to make an appointment for anything (anything) at 8am.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Um... it makes me laugh.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sociopath. True fact, yo.

 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear chicks and dudes, I hope you enjoyed all of the pure, sweet nudity provided in this strip today. You're welcome.

I have to watch what I post on things... sometimes I get carried away with language and forget people like plain unadulterated or "un-adult" speak.  What I mean is things lacking a shred of complexity.  How often do we engage in adult speak?  There's baby/infant, child/adolescent, teen, teen-twenty-something, parent, adult, grandparent/wise/old person, and senile.  Most tend towards senile or teen-twenty-something, not a bad thing just interesting.

Anywho, today's lesson is yes, you should advertise the serving of throat-wettening beverages at your or anyone's gathering. Dear Abby, eat your blood-pumpy heart out.

...just one more true fact: did you know, the heart is the body's own personal vibrator? Something else you should ask anyone but especially horny seniors (as it may confuse them): how's your own personal vibrator doing today?  (just be prepared for a grotesque, debaucherous, or slightly sexy answer).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Truth, yo.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Centered around role-playing and the ladies in the group continuously saying "boned" and other words when encountering a group of un-fleshed skeletons. Yes, un-fleshed. Next time someone mentions "Skeletons!" ask if they were fleshed or un-fleshed, because you never know really (and probably don't want to appear stupid or anything). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My life = lots of contrasts
